Public Relations Analyst Intern

As a PR Analyst Intern, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in the field of public relations and contribute to shaping our company's public image. You will work closely with our experienced PR & Marketing team, assisting with various tasks such as developing PR strategies, crafting compelling press releases, monitoring media coverage, organizing events, and seeking possible business cooperation.

Qualification

  • Experience: previously operated Chinese or American social media accounts including: WeChat, Youtube, Xiaohongshu, Instagram and etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese or English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Knowledge of PR principles, practices, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic designing software (Canva, Figma) and media monitoring tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in PR, communications, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibility

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of PR strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitoring media coverage and compiling press clippings or digital mentions.
  • Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Writing and editing press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
  • Supporting the organization of events, such as press conferences or product launches.
  • Assisting in maintaining relationships with media outlets and journalists.
  • Tracking  and analyzing PR campaign performance metrics.Providing administrative  support to the PR team, such as scheduling meetings or organizing files.
