Qualification

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
Ideally, possess experience in fields such as strategy, external relations, business administration, business development, or public relations.
Proficient in using basic Microsoft Office software.
Strong team collaboration and communication abilities, demonstrating a sense of ownership and dedication to tasks.

Responsibility

Assist the department in formulating the company's strategic direction.
Based on the company's developmental stage, develop corresponding strategic frameworks and oversee the implementation of strategic plans.
Collaborate with company business partners to devise collaboration strategies and manage the end-to-end execution of partnerships.
Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various company departments, and establish tracking records.
Aid in establishing the company's advisory board.
